DXOpenTM provides access to DebtX's online platform to enable selling members to fully direct and manage the loan sale process from start-to-finish. DXOpen allows sellers to access the world's most liquid secondary market for commercial debt, use DebtX's state-of-the-art technology to customize the loan sale process to their specifications, and use any or all of DebtX's tools to gain the best trading execution.

Assets traded in the DebtX market are typically closed whole loans spanning the commercial, consumer, and specialty finance asset classes across all performance levels. These assets are generally offered to a broad universe of prospective investors. While qualified investors registering with the DebtX market obtain general access to assets offered through the DebtX Loan Sale Advisory Group and other direct sellers, each selling member controls its own investor registration process.
